Preferred Home Inspections is proud to serve Delaware and the Southeastern Pennsylvania region. Over the years, we’ve inspected everything from 1800s farmhouses in Chadds Ford to brand new townhomes in Bear. The coast brings salt air concerns, older neighborhoods have their own set of issues, and new developments sometimes have their own surprises. We’ve seen it all in these communities.

Most of our jobs are within a 45-minute drive, which keeps scheduling flexible and travel costs reasonable. We book inspections Monday through Saturday and can usually fit you in within the week. If you’re buying or selling in one of the towns listed below, we can get there. For anything outside our usual area, give us a call and we’ll let you know if we can make it work.
